SHIPPING POLICY

PROCESSING TIME
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME
All orders are shipped from within the United States. Estimated delivery is approximately 8 business days after your order has been shipped.
Please note that weekends and holidays are not considered business days. Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing.
We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be reshipped.
LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES
If your tracking information shows no movement for several business days or your package has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us. We will help you investigate the shipment with the carrier.
PACKAGES MARKED AS DELIVERED
If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please check around the delivery area and contact household members or neighbors. You should also contact the shipping carrier for additional delivery details.
If you still cannot locate the package, contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
